2.3 One Account Rule

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

jaya 9apps offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All such offers have their own specific conditions and it is mandatory to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

A specific promotion may only be claimed within the designated time period.
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted in the detailed terms of the promotion.
jaya 9apps reserves the right to forfeit the relevant account if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.3 Technical Errors

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but active bonuses will be forfeited.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by jaya 9apps

jaya 9apps may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms
Providing false or fraudulent information
Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation
Suspicious or unusual transactions
Court order or legal obligation

7.3 Voluntary Break
